Counseling Collective of Alaska offers counseling services for individuals, couples, and families of all ages.
We are in network with BCBS, Tricare, and Triwest/VA. We are able to do courtesy billing for out of network insurance, including Aetna.
Initial Assessment
$500
This is a 60 minute biopsychosocial intake in which we will collaboratively assess your presenting concerns and symptomology. Following the intake assessment, we will discuss goals, any diagnoses, treatment options, and treatment duration/frequency with the intention of making a plan for your wellness.
Follow ups
Individual Therapy
45 minutes: $225
55 minutes: $310
Couples/Family Therapy
55 minutes: $225
Follow up sessions are typically 45-55 minutes. Each session is devoted to helping you reach your goals. Frequency of treatment is weekly or bi-weekly, or as-needed appointments.
Cash Rate
We offer a 40% discount off of the service code billed for new and returning patients who are either uninsured, or who do not plan on using their insurance benefits.
*Good Faith Estimate: Beginning Jan, 1 2022 licensed health care providers are required to provide a Good Faith Estimate to every new and continuing patient who are either uninsured, or who are insured but do not plan to use their insurance benefits to pay for the provided health care services. A Good Faith Estimate is an estimate total of all expected healthcare costs associated with the treatment plan. CCA is committed to transparency in cost and billing and you can expect CCA to abide by the No Surprise Act and Good Faith Estimate provisions with the sincere effort to avoid unexpected, hidden or unforeseen medical costs.
